they’re finished and they do fly,

 

 

 

rode them both the other day and really loved ‘em…

this is a little 5’6 gender bender

for brent on the central coast..

 

3/4 custom elvis print fabric with a

citrus combo of sprays and bands..

 

5 plug setup, ride it as a twinnie, thruster,

quad, or with big twin sides

and a stabiliser rear…

 

the king will shortly be leaving the

building brent..

this one’s a custom order for ted.

ted has been involved in aboriginal rights

for a while and asked me to shape a fish

thatwould reflect his work. so here it is a

5’11 fish in proud koori colours.

 

red tint keels.

single to double concave. full gloss and polish.

all the usual trimmings.

 

this ones gonna be hard to miss in the lineup.

sugarmill gets some apache lovin’

so here’s another of the sugarmill boards.

 

 

this ones a 5’11 fish based on an old steve lis template

 

 

but modernised a whole bunch -

you know i cant leave things alone.

 

 

modern rails, single to double concave

and modern rocker liven it up a bit.

 

 

those are cedar keels and a full red cedar stringer.

theres nothing prettier than cedar stringers.

Last week i was lucky enough to land one of these finely tuned, hand crafted fishes shaped by Jesse Watson of Black Apache Surfboards and boy do they go good… from hollow little tubes to fast down the line walls, this board takes off like a bullet and lets you throw it around like it’s one of your thrusters…
It’s going to be very hard to get off this board!….

 this is kerry’s colour scheme that he devised… i like it.
made for tight turns, fast arcs and those
oh so high lines from the top
