The bonzers fundamentals lie in old naval architecture books. These concepts were applied to surfboards by the cambell brothers in the 1970′s which in turn saw them embark on a never ending tangent of concaves and fins. The boards are based on the “venturi principle.” which maximizes the use of the energy that is created by the water passing through the tail area of the board.
